Dr. Fei Sun, MSW, PhD
Dr. Sun is a tenured professor at MSU School of Social Work, he is also the Health and Aging Certificate Program Coordinator. His research interests are Alzheimer’s and Related Dementia Care, Elder Abuse and Neglect Prevention and Intervention, Mental Health of Asian American Elders, and Risk and Protective Factors of Healthy Aging.

Daniel Vélez Ortiz, MSW, PhD
Dr. Ortiz is a tenured associate professor at MSU School of Social Work, his research interests are Mental health services for adult and older adult Latino populations; Health disparities in older Latino populations. Immigration and culture in service delivery; Organizational factors in service provision; Health technology applications; Diversity in higher education.

Ha-Neul Kim is a Ph.D. student in the School of Social Work (SSW) at Michigan State University (MSU) who has a passion for creating change in society and promoting a better world for older adults, people living with dementia, and their families.
